RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order through Orin Store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return only if the conditions below are met:

  • The request is submitted within the applicable return period.

  • The item remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

  • The item is returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and included materials.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation) is provided.

Returned products that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


2. EUROPEAN UNION (EU) CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union (EU), you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Withdrawal Period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins:

  • On the day you receive the item; or

  • For orders containing multiple deliveries, on the day you receive the final item.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify Orin Store before the withdrawal period expires.

Return Deadline After Notice

Once you notify Orin Store of withdrawal, returned items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the date of notification.

Failure to send the goods within this period may affect eligibility.


3. RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For customers outside the European Union, return requests may generally be accepted within 7 calendar days after delivery, depending on:

  • Product category

  • Country of delivery

  • Supplier restrictions

  • Order status

Approval remains subject to inspection and eligibility.


4. NON-RETURNABLE AND EXEMPT PRODUCTS

The following products may not qualify for return, refund, or withdrawal rights where permitted by law:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products after download, activation, or access

  • Perishable goods

  • Opened hygiene or personal care products

  • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Additional exclusions may apply where legally permitted.


5. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Unless prohibited by local law:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

For EU withdrawal requests:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

If the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged product

  • Defective item

Orin Store may arrange replacement support or reimburse eligible return shipping expenses where applicable.


6. REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Orin Store will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing generally occurs within 5–10 business days after return approval and receipt of returned goods, depending on payment providers and banking systems.


7. EU REFUND RULES

For eligible EU withdrawal requests:

Refunds may include:

  • The price paid for the returned products

  • The cost of standard outbound delivery originally selected

If the customer selected premium, express, or upgraded shipping, only the standard delivery cost may be refundable.

Refunds may be withheld until:

  • Returned goods are received; or

  • Acceptable proof of return shipment is provided.


8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

This allows faster resolution and review.


9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellation requests submitted before processing may be considered.

Once fulfillment or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be available and standard return procedures will apply.

The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply unless otherwise required by law.
